About
Suzette is the founder/CEO of Couples Care Center and The Marriage Warrior Institute. She has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as Phd. training in biblical counseling. She is a public speaker, a nationally published author, recording artist, composer and a frequent radio guest for christian stations around the country.
During her years as a Licensed Marriage and Family counselor, she dealt with the highest forms of marital crisis and discovered a gap within the traditional approaches of counseling. To address this “gap” she spent years praying and fasting, researching and analyzing couple crisis recovery and God led her to design specific programs, that cross denominational/religious barriers, to educate individuals and couples on how to realign the functionality of individual and marital life, in order to operate in the way God intended.
These creative, non-traditional programs place individuals and couples in the “drivers seat” as they integrate education and tools to realign themselves with God’s original designed towards purpose and destiny. As Suzette’s clients found success through these programs, the demand became global, paving the way to introduce instruction for life coaches, clergy members, business leadership, and individual/couple development, through the training of the MARRIAGE WARRIOR INSTITUTE.
As a result of my marriage counseling practice experience and 20 years of researching professional and church counseling models, I discovered that, rather than needing a listening ear, religious protocols or a counselor referee, people were more successful when provided education and tools that teach how to explore self and relational dynamics.
MY APPROACH
I train Couples in Master Class Courses, individuals in need of recovery, aspiring life coaches wanting to find their purpose, clergy members and business leaders with programs designed to realign, yielding tangible and richer productivity.
I use a “shoot from the hip”, direct, training approach to provide processes and structure, incorporated with activation tools required to address surface issues of conflict, such as communication, anger, addiction, finances, family chaos, etc.
Suzette also provides navigating systems designed to uproot deeper-rooted issues by increasing spirituality to comprehend soul healing of wounds created by family of origin, childhood offenses and other traumatic experiences.
This direct, common sense approach utilizes basic, fundamental logic to decode the entangled operating systems required to move participants forward in wellness, emotional and mental growth.
